UrpalProxy will do everything possible, within its Terms Of Service, to solve any technical problems that you face with UrpalProxy service. For technical help, paid subscribers can click here. According to our Terms Of Service, UrpalProxy can issue refunds only if 1) there is any error in subscribing to the UrpalProxy service and non-use of the service; or, 2) at administration's own decision. Refunds are done only through the method of payment used for subscribing to the service. However, offline payments and payments made for massive sales purpose, pre-paid vouchers and pre-paid cards are non-refundable. For a refund application, you can contact us with a valid reason. If your application for refund is accepted, your UrpalProxy account will be closed. However, if it is not accepted, your UrpalProxy account will be in active status till pre-decided expiry date; we'll not charge extra for that.
